The Franklin Method® uses imagery, anatomical embodiment, touch and reconditioning movement exercises to harness the transforming power of the mind.

The Franklin Method is at the forefront of practical neuro-plasticity, showing us how to use our brains to improve our body’s function. It teaches us how the mind can be applied to improve all of our abilities.   • Learn what good posture actually means and how to achieve it.
  • Understand how your spine is designed to function.
  • Feel how posture and breathing are related. Together they affect our health in a variety of ways (i.e. heart, digestion, pelvic floor, emotions and energy levels)
  • Discover both anatomical and metaphorical imagery that will help you move, balance, massage and relax the spine.

  • “Understand” the design of your feet.
  • Using experiential anatomy, imagery, movement exercises, and self-touch procedures we will create the foundation for strong, flexible and well balanced feet.
  • Learn how foot placement relates to the pelvis and spine as well as to gait.
  • Realize how organizing your dynamic base will bring life to your feet and spring to your walk.
  • Practice elastic band exercises to strengthen all the muscles of the foot/ankle.
  • Embody the functional relationships between alignment of the feet, pelvis and spine.
